N2Safety B.V., a subsidiary of Marine Service Holding B.V., was established in 2006. We design, produce and commission the newest nitrogen modules.

Even as a starting company we have a wealth of knowledge and experience at our disposal.

N2Safety uses the newest membranes on the market, combined with sophisticated technologies.

N2Safety focuses on the tanker-building market, particularly on product and chemical tankers. But we also deliver nitrogen modules to other industries, such as the food industry and the oil and gas industry.

Engineering

The systems are engineered using the very latest software. All modules are equipped with a control panel. In the event of a fault it will automatically appear on the screen or be discovered by fault analysis through LED signalling.

Production

In addition to supplying a standard module, N2Safety can supply custom-built modules according to client specifications. Skids, however, are all built in accordance with the rules of a classification society. N2Safety works with the following classification societies:

• American Bureau of Shipping;
• Bureau Veritas;
• Lloyd’s Register of Shipping;
• Det Norske Veritas;
• Germanischer Lloyd;
• Registro Italiano Navale;
• Nippon kaiji Kyokai.

Service

The service provided by N2Safety extends across the globe. The skids themselves are easy to maintain and are built in such a way that components can easily be replaced, if necessary. This results in short service times.

Commissioning

Before delivering the module it is tested and pre-commissioned on the production location ensuring the quickest possible implementation on site.
