The team of people joining the company has an extensive competence and experience from the maritime industry after years of working with the former Autronica and later Kongsberg Maritime.

The competence of the company will be maritime instrumentation with main focus on cargo instrumentation and sensor application. Together with our cooperation partner Bjørge Steinco Moland we will be able to offer complete solutions within alarm, monitoring, automation and cargo instrumentation systems.
The product range will be to provide a comprehensive range of temperature and pressure sensors with corresponding applications both to the ship-owners and the ship-yards.
Typical application will be level measurements in ballast and service tanks as well as draft measurements, all based either on pressure sensors or air-purge system.

In addition general pressure measurements such as tank pressure, line pressure, and miscellaneous pump pressure together with temperature measurement for cargo, cargo lines, service tanks, and pump bearings as well as general temperature and pressure sensors for engine room instrumentation will be a part of the product range.

XTronica operates as consultants for ship owners and yards requiring special competence and experience within cargo level gauging for all kind of vessels including oil and product tankers, chemical tankers as well as offshore vessels such as FPSO, supply and seismic vessels and other specialized vessels.

Since XTronica started up the company has gained a considerable amount of contracts on tank level gauging systems, both for cargo radar level gauging, as well as ballast and service tanks sounding system based either on Air-Purge or pressure transmitters.
Our application knowledge and well proven solutions to level gauging has been very well received and given the Company a strong positions for further growth.
