O & K CREWING AGENCY , located at St.Petersburg, Russia, agency on granting services to ship-owners on acquisition of crews of ships by highly skilled seamen.

The company O & K CREWING AGENCY  has been found as independent Agency which assists ship-owners with manning of crews and provides other services connected with a question of hiring of seamen. The personnel of the company consists of the experts having higher education, wide practice of work in the crewing companies of Russia and on sea-going ships of various types.

The company operates on the basis of the License given by the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 20105780779 from 02.03.2005. Given services correspond to requirements of the international conventions concerning hiring and employment of seamen and requirements of international standards ISО 9000-2000 (Certificate of compliance No. 0001209 ).

We have in our database over 1800 (daily increasing) seamen  who have good experiance on various types of sea-going ships. At acquisition of crews we use the best efforts to choose best of the best, being based on standards and requirements of the International conventions and agreements. All seamen have qualifying documents and certificates according to STCW 78/95 and, pass testing for knowledge of the English language under programs Marlin's and CES 4.1 and obligatory physical examination.
