The Company was established in April 1988 to engage in the businessof owning and operating vessels for dry bulk and liquid cargotransportation.

The Company currently owns and operates three IMO Type 2&3Product / Chemical Carriers, three Medium Range Product Tankers, twoPanamax Product Tankers and seven Combination Carriers. The MediumRange Product Tankers will be converted to IMO Type 2&3 Product /Chemical Carriers during 2007. The seven Combination Carriers includeone recently acquired vessel which the Company holds as disponent ownerand the Company's interest is 50%.

The Company provides services and operates within the producttanker and combination carrier segments of the shipping industry and isa provider of international liquid and dry bulk seaborne transportationservices, carrying petroleum products, crude oil, vegetable oils anddry bulk cargoes.
