Zakład Konstrukcji iEkspertyz "TECHMARIN" Sp. z o.o. has been in continuous operation since 1988.During its startup years, the Company focused on providing marine power plantand on-board equipment overhaul services and on specialised repairs with the useof chemically cured epoxies.
Since 1991, we have been transferring technologies tested inthe shipbuilding industry to such other sectors of the economy as the sugar industry, the powerindustry and gas engineering. In 1992, the Company expanded its range ofservices by the addition of specialised repairs of machine foundations andland-based equipment. Our solutions are highly valued by ABB Zamech, electricpower plants and gas pumping facilities.
We have worked for gas pumping facilities since 1992 where wehave replaced gas compressor foundations and mounted uniform supports and handles on pipes,pipelines and other equipment. We regularly overhaul and repair gas compressorsat Mazowiecki Okręgowy Zakład Gazownictwa (Mazowiecki District GasCompany). In addition, we have designed and currently manufacture divided-sleeve bearings forcrankcases in Halberstadt gas compressors and cylinder sleeves for GMVH gascompressors.
After a year of research and development, we have commissioneda process of removing sediments from turbocharger water jackets. Without our treatment,sediments eventually render this expensive equipment completely inoperational.Most of the solutions we use are protected by our patents.
We are currently expanding our range of services toaccommodate other industries where a number of technological problems have persisted for years. Please notealso that our company specialises in overhaul and repair services.
