Zamil Operations and Maintenance Company, Limited (ZOMCO) was founded in 1977 by Zamil Brothers. It is registered as a limited liability company under Commercial Registration No. 2051003290 with a capital of to 5 Million Saudi Riyals to meet the ever growing expansion and diversification business activities of the Company.
From 1977 to 1983 Company was known as Zamil Marine Services Company. However, in 1983, Zamil Brothers decided to amend the name of the Company to Zamil Marine & Catering Services Company. It was known as such until 1985. In 1985 Zamil Brothers amended again the name to Zamil Operations and Maintenance Company Limited (ZOMCO) which is the present name. Purpose of name changes are to expand and diversify business activities of ZOMCO to meet the challenge of growing industrial, commercial, and organizational base in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
