I think both we Vietnamese and Chinese have difficulty to communicate in English, not many people join the discussion. And you have developed a good one, so we needn't to open a new English maritime forum in China. I suggest you can open a Chinese maritime subforum. I will invite my friends to come here and try to make it an active place.
