About three hundred years ago,Leibnitz, a German mathematician began to use a numbering system based on two numerals. He created a system employing simply 1 and 0. But he didn't realize then what wonders this binary system would work some day.
Derived from the above binary system, computers were invented as early as in the 1940's. By its definition, an electronic computer is a machine that can process data and information.

Nowadays all shipyards in all over the world have been respectively granted the certificates of quality approval in accordance with IS0 quality systems 9001 by the relative authorities.
To put it bluntly, the IS09001 system itself will not improve the product quality but it will create a quality management procedure whereby the product quality can be monitored at all the stages so that the possible quality failure can be identified and traced back to its source for the rectification of poor quality as well as for learning a necessary lesson for the future.
