Russia’s President Dmitri A Medvedev said that the agreement will open the way for many joint projects, especially in the energy sector.
“This is a confirmation that Norway and Russia, two large polar nations, do not have a policy about racing, but a policy about cooperation,” The New York Times quoted Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg as saying.
