Newbuilding prices to fall further?

Newbuilding prices which seemed to be stabilizing could possibly drop by up to 10% additionally by the end of 2013.   According to Danish Ship Finance (DSF), newbuilding prices will likely bottom out at about $1,450 per CGT, which is close to the level seen in 2002.
